Job Summary
Part Time Managers will be given the ability to learn the management aspects of the restaurant, while still having the opportunity to serve, bartend and cook. Part Time Managers will manage according to the Roosters Management Philosophies, coach and counsel staff as needed, create and maintain a positive moral amongst other team members, and productively lead their shift, while ensuring quality control of staffing and food.
