Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is a growing oilfield company looking for an extremely motivated Operations Administrator to join our team. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment based out of our Midland, TX office.

Our ideal candidate will be a leader with exceptional interpersonal skills providing best-in-class service to internal and external customers. This position will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations around the Permian Basin, responsible for leading our administrative team members, supporting the Director of Operations, field supervisors and other team members. Tasks are computer-intensive, requiring strong attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Relevant duties will include but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Director of Operations, field supervisors and administrative team

· Lead the administrative team around the Permian

· Accurately invoice unit orders daily

· Strictly adhere to month end deadlines for AR/ AP processing

· Actively work to improveDSO

· Review collections and not in the portal match with each location submission specialist

· Review & approve payroll

· Provide monthly accrual information

· Provide required reports for financial review

· Review monthly financial reports & prepare entries

· Work with product line managers on financial questions & resolve issues

· Actively participate in monthly financial call

· Work with AP & location payables personnel to ensure timely processing, resolve disputes

· Work closely with team members to get resolution on missing information

· Maintain up to date pricing for customers

· Train current and new employees

· Back up on new hire on boarding

· Assist in various tasks as requested by team members and management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Must have 3+ years’ office management experience - Oil and Gas Industry preferred

· Must be able to communicate effectively & professionally with all team members

· Must be highly organized and manage time effectively with minimal supervision

· Ability to learn new online operating systems required to perform the tasks associated with the job

· Possess excellent organizational skills and must be self-motivated

· Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, corresponding timely in a professional and courteous manner

· Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

· Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise

· A valid Driver’s License is required

· Qualified to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
