The Prepaid Card Support Analyst is part of Key’s Enterprise Payments (EP) business which is the fastest growing business segment in KeyBank. EP encompasses a leading Treasury Management product set across a wide array of industry verticals and client segments. As an analyst, you will develop industry expertise and detailed product knowledge, drive execution of business processes and procedures and have the opportunity to apprentice under senior management.

Job Functions and Competency Overview:
This role will support multiple functions and processes within KeyBank’s Commercial Prepaid Card product. You will perform maintenance in KeyBank’s Customer Information system supporting the new Commercial Card Prepaid Product.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high quality support and great service to our clients.
- Basic writing & editing skills to execute SQL queries on large data sets (e.g. Google Big Query)
- Assuring quality/accuracy of query results and creating deliverables to present to internal and external partners, coworkers, and management
- Complete regular and ad-hoc data requests using Google “Big Query”, Excel and other advanced data querying skills.
- Completing process-oriented tasks and following/updating existing procedures to ensure that required business risk monitoring is performed successfully and on-time.
- Interacting with payment advisors, as well as internal bank and external vendor partners
More broadly, analysts are expected to display the following skills and competencies:

- Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills; must demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally with a variety of different personality types

- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics
- 3.3 GPA (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, “big data” analytics including writing and executing queries against large data sets. Must be proficient to step-in and execute “big data” requests and complete in a timely fashion in fast paced environment.
- Experience in Excel with an ability to manage large data sets, creating summary views using pivots tables, data graphs/visualizations
- Proficiency with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software (Powerpoint, WordExcel) and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- SAS/SQL basic coding experience preferred
- Ability to synthesize, create and clearly communicate complex topics in Tableau

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
