The Gym Station was started in the Spring of 2001 with an idea of making children’s fitness better! Since those first years, The Gym Station has grown to include four innovative brands that service children ages 2 to 12 years old. About The Role:
- Your number one purpose is to bring JOY and FUN to children's lives through fitness and health!
- You will travel to local preschools all over the Austin area teaching programs in Sports, Gymnastics, Dance, and Overall Fitness.
- Coaches work a full-time schedule [Mon. - Fri.]
- You will have enrollment goals, skill reports, and equipment checks.
-The children we coach range from ages 2-6 years old, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that you enjoy playing, teaching, and being around children all day/everyday.
- When you walk into a room you instantly bring positive energy and a yes attitude.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must have your own vehicle that is dependable
- You must be able to travel to preschools all over the Austin area (Cedar Park, Round Rock, South Austin, Kyle, Lakeway, and everywhere in between).
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with children
- Experience playing and competing in either Sports, Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years work experience w/ children ages 2-10
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task
- CPR Certified
