Production Assembler - 1st shift **NEW HIGHER PAY RATES**

Assembler
1st shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday, $14.00 per hour
** $1,000 Hiring Bonus **
Job Summary:
Perform work on a production line, filling liquid product into containers and associated packaging of product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clearing line of left-over components as needed.
- Maintain line cleanliness.
- Coordinate all efforts with other line workers and perform other functions as needed.
- Load bottles either manually or to automatic hopper, as directed.
- Insert of place pumps, caps, or sprayers to line as needed with accuracy.
- Monitor overflow and clear as necessary.
- Run and monitor the drop packer.
- Pack individual cartons with finished product while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Stack full cartons on pallets following correct configuration.
- Communicate with Production Leader prior of running out of components.
- Communicate effectively with others.
- Be productive at all times by acting in a timely-oriented and assertive fashion.
- Maintain a good attendance record for (4) 10 hour shift Monday-Thursday and Friday, as needed.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- High School or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with team members.
- Ability to exercise judgment and set priorities.
- Be able to take initiative on the job.
- Ability to read, write and speak English competently.
Preferred Knowledge, Certifications, Skills, Abilities:
- Production or assembly line experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with weights and measures.
Environmental Conditions:
Manufacturing environment—some temperature extremes, dust, noise, and wet.
