Production Supervisor

The Role

Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor is integral in a fast-paced production environment.1st Shift.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and drive accountability of High Rise, Receiving, Assembly and shipping employees.
• Manages the production scheduling process making sure that an attainable schedule is being released.
• Manages daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.
• Develop work plans ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing labor costs, overtime and retention.
• Handles daily tactical issues related to MFD and shipping functions.
• Prepares daily accountability forms and weekly reports.

• Coordinate efforts across multiple departments such as Material Handling, QA, Engineering to make sure that customer expectations are being fulfilled.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse facility.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge on MRP/ERP concepts and terminology. APICS Certification preferred

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work with ambiguity.
• Flexible with changes.
