The Role
Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor is integral in a fast-paced production environment.1st Shift.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations and drive accountability of High Rise, Receiving, Assembly and shipping employees.
- Manages the production scheduling process making sure that an attainable schedule is being released.
- Manages daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.
- Develop work plans ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing labor costs, overtime and retention.
- Handles daily tactical issues related to MFD and shipping functions.
- Prepares daily accountability forms and weekly reports.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple departments such as Material Handling, QA, Engineering to make sure that customer expectations are being fulfilled.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse facility.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge on MRP/ERP concepts and terminology. APICS Certification preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with ambiguity.
- Flexible with changes.
