We are looking for part-time professional cleaners to help finalize our newly constructed single family and multi-family homes in the Citrus Springs area to ensure they are ready for occupancy. On average, each home takes approximately 8-10 hours to complete. Pay is commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates will have the following required skills:

• MUST have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and access to a navigational system/GPS to locate our properties efficiently
• MUST have your own cleaning kit (including vacuum, extension cords, brooms, mops, dusting cloths, cleaning fluids, painters tape, step stool/ladder, garbage bags, etc)
• Minimum 5 years residential cleaning experience (experience with new construction properties preferred, but not required)
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to wash the inside and outside of all windows in our homes and garages
• Ability to vacuum out and wipe down the inside and outside of all bathroom and kitchen cabinets, cupboards, pantries, and drawers
• Ability to plug in kitchen appliances, as needed, and remove all factory packaging from them to ensure their readiness for use
• Ability to vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors throughout the homes, including closets, and sweep out garage floors
• Ability to wash all mirrors, countertops, toilets, surfaces, showers, tubs, door handles, and cabinet/drawer knobs and handles
• Ability to sweep front and back exterior porches
• Ability to wipe out and wash door thresholds
• Ability to remove any cleaning trash from the premises

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekend availability
