This is a remote position that could be in various locations.

General Summary:

Seeking a high-energy, detailed oriented, safety focused Project Coordinator to work closely with Project and/or Program manager(s) to create comprehensive action plans for multi-client infrastructure and network projects on a national footprint. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating resources, materials, budgets, milestones, and timeframes for projects.

Supervision Level:

Reporting to a Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential problems with project and/or programs and develop and define solutions.
• Support project scheduling on variety of work orders with similar or varying scopes.
• Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are accounted for and meet budget and milestones.
• Support project correspondence by taking meeting minutes and identify high priority items requiring Project/Program Manager response.
• Communicate with Project/Program Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and, objectives to work towards.
• Ensure adherence to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Provide Project/Program Manager administrative support prior to, during, and, post project timeline (including scheduling, invoicing and coordinating meeting schedules).
