Autism Support Now is looking for compassionate and energetic candidates to work as behavior technicians for young individuals with autism (ages 2-14) receiving applied behavior analytic (ABA) services at our clinics at our Platte City, MO location. ASN operates seven clinics in Missouri and Kansas, including Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, St. Louis, Warrensburg, Cape Girardeau and Olathe, KS.

We are looking for candidates who love working with young individuals with disabilities and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. No experience is necessary, as Autism Support Now provides the required training modules needed, as well as paid on-site training, to gain the necessary Registered Behavior Technician certification. Autism Support Now believes in building and promoting from within as individuals continue to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized programs and protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect program data and completing daily progress notes
• Communicate frequently with BCBA
• Work in the clinic environment
• Follow ethical guidelines as stated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Salary: $15.00 training rate; $16.00 - $19.00/hour based on education and experience

Required qualifications:

• Desire to serve and impact special needs children
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to clear a background check

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• CPR/First Aid certified
