Please note: This is not a PRN position. This is a FT Contract Position.

Human Potential Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN in the Ocala area to assist with our providers. We service Hospices, Behavioral Health, LTC and SNF and much more.

High hourly pay, a generous monthly bonus, and sign-on bonus are offered for this position.

Education: A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an Accredited College of Nursing, accompanied by a current Registered Nurse license from the State of Florida in good standing.

Experience: Previous Nursing experience preferred.

Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training with card, and any other specialty certifications required by contracted client or for working in specific specialty areas (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. and other pertinent certifications relating to these specialties).

SUMMARY:

The RN is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to the: assessment, treating, planning, implementation, directing, and evaluation of the patients’ status, plan of care and goal achievement. The nursing care provided to patients is to be in accordance with Florida’s Nurse Practice Acts, Human Potential Healthcare’s Code and Employment Manual, client/facility policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, physician’s orders, and established standards of practice while upholding the utmost ethical and safe techniques always keeping the care of the patient as your top priority. You will work very closely with the entire team of healthcare professionals in the facility you are assigned. You must have a complete understanding of your limitations in turn seeking advice when necessary according to your specific education level and training acquired.
