JOB DESCRIPTION
The Solar Installer role is a full-time, hourly position. This position will be part of a team responsible for installation, service, and/or troubleshooting for residential solar energy systems. We’re looking for motivated individuals and/or experienced crews interested in joining our growing team.
The right candidate(s) for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of SolarTech. This role requires fluent English and solid communication skills. Candidates must have experience working with home solar systems and must be comfortable communicating with customers on a regular basis.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Residential Solar PV Experience a MUST
- Knowledge of Energy Storage systems preferred
- Attention to detail REQUIRED
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions
- Excellent customer service (Face-to-face with homeowners)
- Professional appearance, reliable, DRUG-FREE
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge with various solar products (especially Sunpower) preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
COMPENSATION INCLUDES
- $15-25/per hour (TBD based on experience)
