Queens Centers for Progress is seeking to hire Floating Residential Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization’s OPWDD-regulated residences for persons with intellectual developmental disabilities. This position reports to the Residential Director and Assistant Director.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, including holidays are met. Hire, train, coach and discipline staff. Schedule and facilitate meetings, including staff meetings, clinical/management meetings, resident meetings, etc. Support our individuals to ensure their rights, health, safety & personal outcomes are being met under guidance of the IDT Team, Providers and OPWDD guidelines. In addition, ensure appropriate and individualized treatment plan is developed, monitored and revised as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

BA Degree in the human services field. Two years of experience in an OPWDD program, working in a supervisory capacity. Strong coordination skills required.
