Boutique Manager

Newport Beach Automotive Group is looking to completely re-vamp our Boutique! Boutique

• Arranging, stocking, pricing, and selling boutique items
• Run stock orders periodically based on inventory parameters to assure right items and inventory levels are maintained.
• Recommend Items for Inventory from Manufacturers and other sources and maintain online inventory.

Products

• Continue to seek new and improved items to represent our Company and Brands focusing on inventory turnover.
• Review new items from our Manufacturers and recommend stock of those items in the boutique
• Promote New/Unique and specials on social media

Store

• Maintain Boutique in a manner that represents our company and brands
• Accessories Prepare plan for Showrooms and Boutique area i.e., Mannequins and other Merchandise displays
• Create and Maintain Cohesive Display theme thru ought Dealership (same display cubes, Mannequins Shelves/Clothing Racks)

Requirements

• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Ability to elevate client experiences and nurturing of client relationships required
• Prior supervisory role
• Ability to work as a team with other managers and support staff and quickly solve sales related issues
• Ability to provide solutions to clients’ needs
• Strong selling/closing skills
• Strong computer skills – Excel and Word proficient
• CDK Experience a Plus

• 8AM

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
