DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs the duties of the Players Club Representative, if necessary.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of Players Club Team Members on assigned shift.
  • Supervises Players Club Representatives to ensure smooth and efficient service is provided to guests.
  • Promotes the Players Club by assisting guests through the membership process.
  • Facilitates the flow of information throughout the department by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings and conveying accurate information to team members on assigned shift.
  • Creatively resolves problems, which relate to Players Club.
  • Maintains accurate departmental records and regularly reports relevant information to Players Club Manager.
  • Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction in the Players Club is achieved and maintained.
  • Inspects and re-stocks Players Club printed material.
  • Assists Players Club Manager with special projects, as needed.
  • Assists with training of Players Club Team Members.
  • Makes account adjustments and issues comps as needed.
  • Prepares and delivers 90 day and annual reviews for Players Club Representatives.
  • Has working knowledge of all Call Center functions.
  • Assists during interviews of Players Club Team Members.
  • Disciplines and terminates Team Members, as needed.
  • Makes sure attendance records and Team Member files are always up to date.
  • Has working knowledge of all applicable functions in Playersoft.
  • Has working knowledge of all computer programs used by a Players Club Representative; Super Playmate, Player Offers report, K-Man, Group Manifest, and new programs when added.
  • Sets up Slot Tournament in computer, runs the tournament start to finish. Posts scores daily.
  • Prepares and sends out property wide Winner Notifications.
  • Directly supervises the activities of all Players Club Team Members on assigned shift.
  • Create and utilize a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy through both formal and informal feedback as well as constant communication
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of related experience preferred, including progressive supervisory experience.
  • Must have previous experience utilizing computer programs.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.92 per hour
