This role will not only answer the phone & take reservations, but bring joy to our camper's lives with events, games, and making s'mores around a group campfire along with building that team with a “Can do” attitude.

What you have already achieved (Requirements):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-years of management or hospitality experience
- Valid Driver’s License or ID
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and cell phone service
- US work authorization

On Season Responsibilities :
- Maintaining general happiness and safety of our guests
- Maintain accurate financial accounting procedures
- Vendor Management
- On-site sales
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Social Media Postings
- Coordinating on-site events
- In office presence to answer phone and email
- General property upkeep
- Hiring and training seasonal staff
- Creating Schedules for staff
- Marketing and advertisement of long and short term rentals
- Handling payments
- Responding to lead inquiries and booking reservations
Off Season Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial accounting procedures
- Vendor Management
- On-site sales
- Maintaining excellent customer service and experience of our guests
- General property upkeep
- In office presence to answer phone and email leads and questions
- Responding to leads and booking reservations
- Managing growth and reservation quotas
- Social Media Postings
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Spring/Summer On Season 35+ hours weekly to include weekends.
- Manager will work 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule.
- Fall/Winter Off Season 30+ hours M/W/F set scheduled to be determined with director.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
