They will be responsible for handling the documentation, scheduling, production, job updating, and problem-solving for our growing team.

What you need:

• Superior customer service and time management skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and MS Teams / Office 365
• 3+ years of office and administrative experience
• Scheduling or dispatching experience is preferred
• Experience in construction or related industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work as a part of a team
