Summary

To ensure our fabrics meet Voith's quality standard, which meet or exceed our customer's expectations

Responsibilities

• Ensure that preparation of fringes, seams and set-up of machines are according to specification and within quality standards
• Have technical ability to set up Automatic seaming machine for run operations and to set-up and take down fabrics
• Monitor Auto seaming process for any defects or quality related problems while machine is in operation
• Bring defects to the attention of the Seaming Team Leader
• Inspecting seams during manufacture and repairing as needed to meet quality specifications
• To ensure proper documentation of all paperwork
• To follow appropriate flow chart prior to calling Technician or Seaming Team Leader

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
