Seasonal Mail Room Support personnel work to produce & prepare year-end documents for shipping.

Job Duration

This is a seasonal position. Work begins January 2nd & goes through approximately the third week of February (depending upon workload).

Multiple Shifts are Available

• Weekday 1st Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm
• Weekday 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm
• Weekend Shift: 9am - 5pm

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

Job Responsibilities

Printer and Sealer Operator

• Unbox, move, and load large quantities of paper

• Setup equipment at the beginning of each shift according to specification provided

• Operate and maintain equipment

• Recognize when printer or sealer output is inaccurate (wrong side of paper, low toner, mis-aligned, etc.)

• Make adjustments to equipment (printers & sealers) as required to fix output

• After sealing, perform a quick quality assurance (QA) to verify there is nothing visibly wrong with EACH form

• Sign off that each job is printed and sealed accurately, expected form count matches actual and forms are in correct order

QA/Packaging

• Perform quality check of every sealed job before packaging including: Forms sealed properly, correct paper type used, and correct number of jobs per tray

• Package each tray and store in correct location for shipment

• Ensure number of trays for a shipment is correct

• Assist in loading trays for delivery to post office
