Kohl’s is immediately hiring a full-time Senior Facilities Analyst to join our team! As Senior Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing reimbursement of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) expenses to landlords, identifying charges not in compliance with lease agreements, and resolving billing inaccuracies to reduce operating expenses.

The Senior Facilities Analyst will function as the subject matter expert for processes, data, and business partners, and also be responsible for:

• Preparing and summarizing data for analysis, comparing actual or expected results to prior period or plan
• Leveraging data and business experience to make informed recommendations that drive operational efficiencies and customer experience
• Forecasting the Landlord CAM Expenses
• Recalculating and adjusting current year budget accrual as needed to reflect the most recent costs reported by landlords
• Analyzing CAM reconciliations to ensure the billings comply with the lease, identifying CAM overcharges, and settling disputes with landlords
• Utilizing legal agreements to enforce provisions obligating landlords to maintain and / or replace assets using their capital dollars
• Drafting notices and default letters that cite the lease language that has been breached
