Position: Senior Network (NOC) Technician
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire
PR : $35-40/HR
Location: REMOTE
Hours: Must be able to work 2ndor 3rd shift as well as some weekends to provide 24/7 support
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- 3+ years of network technician experience

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for (1) Senior Network (NOC) Technician to sit remotely for one of our largest clients based out of Westlake, OH. This individual should have proven experience and success with providing network support and be ready to start moving into a Network Administrator position. This person will ensure the stability and integrity of the network by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing of all network hardware, software, and communications links. They will act as an escalation point for network support issues, including as part of an on-call rotation. They will proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed. They will ensure stakeholders are updated regarding status of all incidents and requests, and document accordingly. This person will deploy and manage network devices using established terminate and procedures. They will practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
