Job description

- Working closely with guests while serving them food and beverages.

- Complete daily opening and closing side work assignments to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service.

- Take orders and affectively and successfully enter them into TOAST POS system.

- Communicate with the front of house Managers and Kitchen whenever needed.

- Interact with guests in regards to building positive guest relationships.

- Promote a positive work environment that is heavily team oriented. When someone needs help, jump in and help.

- Follows the Steps of Service provided by the Management team to ensure quality and consistency standards are met.

- Proficient time management skills needed.

- Maintains a clean working environment.

- Have the drive passion to learn and grow.

- Have the ability to upsell products to increase guest check average.

- Have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask as well as being detail oriented.

- Have TIPS certification or is willing to become TIPS certified. ServeSafe certification and First Aid / Choke Safe Certification would be desirable but not mandatory.

- Have Allergen Awareness certification or is willing to become allergen aware certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
