Job Description:

• Strong in Service cloud solution design
• Understand and know Service cloud features well, Wiley has a very mature Service cloud implementation and will expect the Solution lead to be an expert on Service cloud, so a Service cloud consultant certification is a must
• Good experience on Communities/Experience cloud. Wiley has 18 branded communities and the Solution lead needs to be strong on Communities design.
• The Solution leader also needs to be a thought leader who can understand and foresee problems earlier, we are not looking at typical BAs who can capture requirements.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $54,123.65 - $119,061.61 per year

Experience:

• Salesforce Dot Com (Business Analyst): 10 years (Preferred)
