Looking to fill positions in each of the following cities: Arlington, Leesburg, Alexandria, Charlottesville, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg and Mt Vernon and Richmond.

I understand this is an unorthodox job post, but I'm hoping it attracts the right group of people that we've been on the search for. I got into the solar industry about 3 years ago and since then I have somehow found myself as a partner of a solar company with offices across the country. At 27, I am very fortunate and a lot of it has to do with the boom of the solar industry. We are now opening up new offices in Virginia and South Carolina. Currently our offices are dependent on me starting them up, slowly replacing myself and moving on to the next. Our development program is in a spot where it is ready to be boxed up and replicated across different cities. All I need to find is the right individuals to do so. A lot goes into finding the right individual, I know that our training program can give us production, but what is harder to find is someone we trust to implement the same type of culture and standard that we hold ourselves to. Experience is not required, this position would be a perfect fit for someone looking to upstart their career in the sales or leadership industry. This role is based off profitability of the given market, similar to a franchise model without the franchise fee. It can be viewed as an entrepreneurship training program in a way. This person would lean on myself and our ownership group as consultants. Our rule as a company is that no one will leave because they didn't have what they were needing from a resource and support perspective. We make that promise, and we need leaders who will make the same promise to their team.
