Autism Behavior Therapies (ABT) is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. ABT is dedicated to serving our multi-cultural population, so it is a rewarding and challenging position, allowing the SLP to make a real difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities and/or speech disorders. As a SLP in Virginia, you will work alongside our professional group of BCBAs, BCaBAs, over 70 highly trained and fully committed behavior clinicians, as well as with our children and families. Summary and Job Responsibilities of Position: The Speech Language Pathologist, SLP will work to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

Salary: 75K a year

Job Type: Full-time

Position Requirements:

· Education: Master’s degree in related field

· License: VA SLP license (Required)

· Experience: At least 1 year or more (Preferred)

· Location: Woodbridge, VA

· Reports to: Program Director and Director of Operations of ABT

· Schedule: Monday to Friday

Abilities:

· Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.

· Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.

· Attentive and caring attitude with the ability to develop individualized education plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
