Summary of the Job:
The Sr. Associate, UDAAP Prevention assists the Director in carrying out initiatives related to the FNBO UDAAP Prevention Program as assigned including identifying UDAAP, FDCPA and TCPA requirements in business initiatives, completing enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring of third party service providers, completing risk assessments, assisting with the documentation of issues and providing next-level service to internal business partners.
About This Role:
Completes UDAAP Prevention Program work as assigned (50%): The Associate III works with the Program Director to complete a variety of tasks related to the UDAAP Prevention Program, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Knowledge of Consumer Protection Regulations (25%): The Associate III actively works to understand how other regulations impact UDAAP risks. Knowledge of or a willingness to learn other consumer protection regulations will be a key component of this role.
Enhanced Vendor Management (25%): The Associate III will complete initial due diligence and ongoing review and monitoring of bank service providers. The ability to understand CFPB Service Provider Guidance, Dodd Frank Title X, and OCC 2013-29 will be key to success in this role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to research complex issues and consider customer impact.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and UDAAP Program standards.
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively with various business units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field. JD strongly preferred.
- 3+ years in regulatory compliance field, financial industry, or related experience.
- Strong Excel knowledge and the ability to gather and analyze data
- Effective project management and presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration and service skills.
Preferred:
- UDAAP, TCPA or Third-Party Risk Management Experience
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $78,491.00-$129,509.00
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
