Position Overview

The ITD Summer Intern is accountable for assisting with various ITD projects.

Accountabilities:

• Salesforce and RQI1Stop Alignment - Populate Salesforce account ID in RQI1Stop, Populate Salesforce Account fields with the appropriate RQI1Stop Organization IDs, LMS information, and other information.
• RQI Platform Academy Updates - Update powerpoint training presentations to the new format, work with Subject Matter Experts to generate additional topics.
• Data Integrity: the intern will need to accurately update the RQI1Stop system with Salesforce data and update the Salesforce system with RQI1Stop data.
• Content Creation: The intern will need to update and create training materials to match the new format.
• Data Collection: The intern will need to collect data from various sources to compile into reports.
• Report Generation

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with working on multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives based on priority.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office products.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
