Job description

As the Supervisor of Center Operations, you will help to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health's concierge emergency Centers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations and that Sollis members receive exceptional service and care. You will work on the Operations Management team and lead the daily activities of the center.

Full Time- 40 hours/week - 24 hours/week front desk coverage and 16 hours/week admin time

  • Supervising Sollis clerical and clinical support employees at one of our centers.
  • Overseeing workflows for the front desk, lab station, tech station and clinical areas.
  • Covering front desk responsibilities as requested.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact when on shift for any patient or employee concerns escalating to the Regional Practice Manager as needed.
  • Assisting in maintaining inventory of non-medical supplies for the site partnering with the Inventory Coordinator to ensure all items are stocked.
  • Assisting in the supervision of work and performance of clinic staff including front desk, Radiology Techs, and other support staff, as instructed, including input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed
  • Assisting with staff schedules, patient experience and other areas to increase efficiency and quality services.
  • Overseeing and training new and existing staff on company policies along with other regional leadership.
  • Responsibility for ensuring daily Center Checklists are completed including schedule reconciliations.
  • Attending as well as leading meetings and in-service training.
  • Ensure daily lab send out log which tracks all specimens is generated and accurate
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment required, preferably within healthcare, startup, or related company.
  • 1+ year of previous Team Lead experience.
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Lean Six Sigma training highly desirable

  • Strong technical and systems skills - ability to manage systems, EHR, compliance databases, and simple financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional EQ - ability to listen to staff and act as their advocate when needed.
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business.
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.

Range: $78,000-$90,000

This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York City. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
