Position description
Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned area, including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Additional qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have previous supervisory experience and demonstrate well-developed leadership and customer service skills. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a thorough knowledge of the Desk system and a detailed understanding of all operational areas. Incumbents in Desk areas must successfully complete a formal Desk Training program prior to obtaining the position, and a Clinic approved medical terminology course either prior to or within the first year of hire.
