Supply Chain Analyst
Reporting to Master Scheduler
Job Summary:
Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for updating a series of Supply Chain files necessary to determine Sales Forecast, Demand Planning, Supply Demand & Replenishment. Keep Supply Chain KPI’s up to date and publish them. Open Production Work orders based on Planning Schedule, determine replenishment of Finished Goods and Components to be transferred between warehouses. Perform Supply Chain Analysis as needed
Responsibilities:
· Responsible of updating the following Supply chain files:
o Sales Forecast File
o Material Replenishment File
o Inventory at Risk File
o Planning File
o Coalinga Jars FG replenishment file
o OTIF File
· Determine components and quantity to transfer from external warehouses
· Determine FG’s and quantity to transfer from external warehouses
· Open transfers in Netsuite based on replenishment recommendations
· Open Work orders in Netsuite based on production plan
· Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager
· Responsible to follow company GMP and Safety guidelines and SOP’s
Required Qualifications, Basic Skills and Abilities
· High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
· Minimum 1 year experience (3 years preferred) managing inventory transactions
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
· Proficient on Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
· Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills that are necessary to work in a customer focused working environment.
· Good organization and business administration skills, attention to detail, willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with the modern practice methods are some of the other required skills.
· Manage time effectively, as they may need to handle multiple functions and meet the deadlines consistently.
