Surgical Technician - 13 Week Contract!
Seattle, WA

Up to $79 hourly, depending on level of experience!

Shift: Days, 4x10

Our Operating Room crew is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join us! In this role you will work along side a tight-knit group to deliver safe, quality care for our patients throughout the surgical process!

What daily tasks are performed by the Surgical Technician?

• Serving in the primary scrub role during procedures
• Supplying the operating room with accurate equipment
• Arranging the equipment and instruments according to instructions provided on the surgeon's preference card
• Collaborating with other team members to update and maintain preference cards
• Assisting with the positioning, moving and transporting of patients
• Facilitating room turnover including the washing and sterilization of instruments, must be competent in use of washer, autoclaves, and Steris
• Handling specimens accordingly

What are the requirements for the Surgical Technician role?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate of completion of a Surgical Technician vocational program or documentation of equivalent training
• Active Surgical Technologist Registration with the Washington State Department of Health
• Current CPR experience
• Robotics experience
• Must are at least 1-2 years of OR experience
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a religious/medical exemption
