CIC is looking for an experienced Total Rewards Lead to proactively design, manage, and administer competitive and progressive Total Rewards offerings that will help attract, engage and retain the diverse talent needed to drive CIC’s success.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will join CIC’s People Success Team and report to the Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Partner closely with the Director of People Operations to assist with building and administering Total Rewards offerings that will help attract, engage and retain the diverse talent needed to drive CIC’s success.
  • Assist the Director of People Operations with administration of CIC’s compensation management tools and processes, via Excel, HRMS, and other tools.
  • Audit existing benefits plans and policies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, make recommendations for changes, model cost impact, and present recommendations.
  • Monitor US employment compliance and report out to PST leadership.
  • In collaboration with People Business Partners and Talent Development, provide guidance and education to staff and management on benefits, compensation, and related policies.
  • Lead internal training, communication, and education on current and changing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist with annual benefits review and potentially lead annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Work with Finance and People Operations staff to ensure CIC’s HRMS system is accurately managing benefits accruals and workflows.
  • Manage all day-to-day administration of benefits offerings as required.

Physical activities on the job:
Frequent use of hands for fine motor work and mid to full vision. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. This position requires significant time working on a computer and navigating between different documents and platforms. You will be expected to work from the office three days a week, and you will be able to work from home two days a week.

YOU HAVE
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • At least three years of experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing Total Rewards in the United States required, experience with Total Rewards management in Europe and Japan a plus.
  • Understanding of when and how to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Awareness of key trends in the ever changing market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA and other compliance law.
  • An interest in a long-term role; we are a growing company, and we like to hire people who can grow with us.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related experience required.
  • 3 or more years of experience administering benefits programs and compliance for a US-based organization.
  • Experience with UKG Pro HRMS system preferred, but not required.
  • SHRM or equivalent certification preferred, but not required.
