***The Compensation range for this position is approximately $71,200 - $93,400 based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.***

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and product improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving strategies.
- Drive innovation and design enhancements for better product performance.
- Manage VAVE projects, ensuring timely implementation.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering or VAVE.
- Proficiency in engineering principles, CAD software, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
