Job description
Title: Warehouse Associate (50934)
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
1. Working Hours
- Monday through Friday (9:00AM – 4:30PM with 1 hour lunch breaks)
2. Job Description and Responsibilities
- Receive purchased machine parts, verify POs, inspect for damage
- Ship machine parts according to POs while maintaining a high level of product
quality
- Ensure proper documentation on Bill of Ladings and other shipments
- Responsible for maintaining shipping materials
- Operate pallet jack or forklift to load and unload
- Maintain the warehouse clean and organized
- Keep an inventory of all machine parts entering and exiting the warehouse
- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
3. Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Shipping/receiving experience as a warehouse worker, Preferred
- Forklift operator experience, Preferred
- Must possess basic computer skills and good oral and written communication
skills
