Job description

Daily tasks to include kitting of all raw material to be used in production orders based on WO requirements. Issuing materials towards jobs using SAP to maintain accurate inventory levels and lot control. Perform a variety of receiving functions including, signing for incoming deliveries, unboxing materials, processing receiving transactions in SAP for raw materials, MRO purchases, and other deliveries coming into the facility.

• Unpacking material upon arrival
• Ensuring physical counts match with packing slip
• Verifies misc. paperwork for lot traceability
• Ensures the timely and accurate stocking of materials upon receipt

• Performing inventory variance investigations using SAP while working with other departments or team members to identify and correct issues

• Ensure inventory storage areas are labeled and organized

• Examine work orders requirements to determine required parts and materials

• High degree of accuracy pulling correct material, counting parts, measuring / cutting material
• Accurately track and record all scrap materials

• Interact with other departments to resolve WO discrepancies as needed

• Ensuring the utilization of FIFO and maintaining lot control
• Ensure company standard work practices and procedures are followed

• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe work area and actively promotes 5S practices
• Must be a good problem solver

• Regular and predictable on-site attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
