Nature’s Bakery, a fast-growing national brand of better-for-you snacks, has immediate openings for Packers. We have openings on all shifts and offer 40+ hours per week for regular full time employees and 20-24 hours per week for part time employees. Interviews and offer decisions are often made on the same day.

As a Packer, you are an essential worker, responsible for placing our fast-selling fig bars and new products, such as Organic Baked-Ins and Oatmeal Crumble bars, into cartons and boxes. You will be able to stay active as you sort and carry our soft-baked bars.

• Showing up to work on time, being able to pack and load light (ounces!) to moderate (10-40 lbs) weighted packaged goods in boxes or cartons, and having a positive, can-do attitude are the minimum qualifications for a Packer role.
