General Description of Position: Ensures the complex systems related to product water supply, batching, and CIP (clean in place) are executed in accordance with BTB quality and sanitation standards.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Unitizing & batching of drinking water products
• Responsible for supplying spring, drinking, and flavored water supplies to the production lines

Monitor ingredient usage, inventory, stocking, traceability

• Water processing area sanitation (silos, mix tanks, unloading stations, Ingredients cage, etc.)
• Operate sanitation equipment, perform validations, and train others (foamers, CIP skid, power washers, etc.)
• Operate and calibrate test equipment (pH, turbidity, conductivity meters, etc.)
• Water and chemical testing for daily source testing and as needed
• Sensory panel participation
• Create and update water processing SOPs, VWIs and SWDs
• Work to continually improve plant systems, processes, procedures, and results
• Beneficial Water Reuse program manager, including operations, irrigation, tracking and recording data.
• Assist with Carbon Management Program
• Maintain Hose & Hose Drop Programs and Audits

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Quality Assurance Water Processing experience (i.e. CIP experience)

Knowledge and proficiency with both Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good problem solving, interpersonal, communication skills, data tracking/ recording, Inventory management and teamwork skills
• Candidate must be flexible, responsible, and highly motivated with a solid performance record
• Candidate must also be able to perform several tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to BTB Aspirations and Beliefs

Internal Position Qualifications ONLY:

• achieved a rating of Meets Expectations or above on your most recent performance review
• No disciplinary action (written warning or above) has taken place in the most previous 6 months
• Support and recommendation from your Resource and Manager (via the job posting form)
