You will be consulting with both residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn care issues to assess their needs. Position Details:
Spring, Summer, Fall - Lawn Care Technician
- Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
- Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
- Performance-based pay, guaranteed $16/hour. top performers earn $26/hour+
Winter - Marketing Representative
- Door to door community outreach, no selling is required
- Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
- $18 hour after training, $16 per hour for training
- Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners
- Bonus opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by our coverage provider
- Must have a strong written and oral skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds several times a day
- Available to work evening hours during the winter, flexible hours available on weekends!
- Ability to work outside in ALL weather conditions
- Excellent attendance record

- Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is highly desirable
- Strong ability to pay attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
