We are a well respected and established long term staffing company seeking a hospitality minded bilingual (Spanish/English) Workers Compensation Claims Specialist to join to our corporate management team in Marietta!

Responsibilities of our role:

Coordinate HotelPro’s workers compensation program and property and casualty claims. This is a key role that provides day to day guidance to operations from the start to the end of the claim.

The Specialist processes and documents all claims, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

Serve as liaison with external agencies and regulatory bodies in the administration of claims and in the care and disposition of claimants.

The Specialist provides HotelPro care to injured workers during the life of the claim.

It is critical for this role to make recommendations for reducing the frequency and severity of the losses.

Work Experience and Education Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Two years of HR related experience

Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft office

Bilingual - English and Spanish
