We are seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated Branch Administrator to support our Virginia Branch office.

The Branch Administrator reports to the Branch Manager and assists with managing the daily operations of the branch office. As the Branch Administrator you will be a key point of contact to our field and office staff for administrative and personnel related matters. - Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Branch Manager and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Assisting HR with onboarding employees including reviewing applications for completion, providing uniforms to employees, and coordinating new hire orientation meetings
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Reviewing timesheets and entering hours into ADP
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Submit customer invoicing request to Corporate Accounting Department on a timely and accurate basis.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and bids.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish- required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, OutLook)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred, but not required
Job Type: Part time
Salary: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: (Monday-Friday)
Hours: Work is required daily, morning hours are preferred but we are open to hearing other hours.
What we need from you?
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
