*Position is offering a $6,000 bonus!*

Location: Framingham, MA. This is a startup program that is in partnership with Bureau of Substance Abuse Services and SAMHSA.

Schedule: Full time. Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $75,000-80,000 annually

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:

• Direct operational oversight of a collaborative and transitional model treatment program (outpatient) which will principally
• Providing on-site Buprenorphine induction services and referral to various spokes (OTPs and OBOTs).

Qualifications:

• Independent licensure-LICSW or LMHC Required
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position.
• Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
• Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
