What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the CST Manager, the Customer Support Technician (CST) Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the CST Manager. This position is primarily located in our Ramsey, MN facility, but open to the possibility of working at our North Prairie, WI or remote. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the department by:

• Tracking field service requests and issues using spreadsheets and company call center software
• Placing follow up calls on service issues
• Oversee CST scheduling and preparation of published weekly CST schedule
• Assist CSTs and other service departments in parts ordering as needed
• Assist with CST interaction and implementation of IFS10
• Creation and management of work orders and tasks as related to CST scheduling
• Assist the CST Manager in administration of the CST department

What Are We Looking For?

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of you in this position:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, an Associate degree preferred
• Three plus years of experience, required
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office platform
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet daily deadlines
