Job description

In search of a full-time, child & adolescent (0-21) behavioral health services program director. Candidate will oversee and manage the day to day operations of the coverage area of Greenville, NC and surrounding counties. Candidate will manage, hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff. Candidate is also responsible for the financial performance and program growth. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout Pitt, Greene, Martin, Beaufort, Craven, & Carteret Counties.

Education/experience/licensure requirements:

· Master's Degree in a human service field preferred

· Fully or provisionally licensed in NC required: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LP/A or LMFT/A

· 1+ year experience supervising and managing staff required

· Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families preferred

* Family Centered Treatment certification preferred

Other requirements:

· Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)

· Periodic travel to Corporate office located in Raleigh

· Travel throughout coverage area
