As the Floating Leasing & Marketing Consultant, you will float between our properties in the West Valley as key member of our team! Join our team and you will not only feel secure in your employment and advance your career, but you will truly love coming to work each day!
Responsibilities
- Handle the leasing process from start to finish! Follow up with interested applicants, tour prospects around the community, process applications, explain lease terms, and coordinate move ins
- Work toward achieving both independent and team goals on daily basis
- Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing applications, leasing paperwork, processing renewals and collecting rent
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when answering phones, emails and additional inquiries about the community.
- Be creative! Develop and implement new marketing strategies using social media, community outreach and resident events.
Our Ideal Candidate is Someone Who:
- Excels in customer service by being professional, personable and driven
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experienced in general sales (preferred but not required)
- Has a “whatever it takes” attitude in the workplace and be a team player!
- Will be able to work in both Avondale, AZ and Surprise, AZ.
Don’t have experience as a Leasing or Marketing Consultant? Don’t worry! Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants and more are all easily transferrable to this role!
