Schedule:

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Full Time: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday); 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Training all new employees on how to properly clean homes the Merry Maids way
• Quality checking homes to ensure staff is following the cleaning procedures as they were trained & customer satisfaction
• Following up on customers to ensure they are happy with our service
• Overseeing all training and cleaning staff questions, concerns, etc. Leading them to be great!
• Assisting office manager on any staff meetings, stocking/replenishing products & supplies, laundry (daily cleaning cloths), misc back office tasks.
• Assist as a back up cleaner in dire situations of needing an extra hand to cover the homes scheduled for the day
• Will be cross-trained to be a back-up office opener; Office Manager opens office daily & will need you to open the office while they are absent for illness/vacation time - Opening the office requires a 7am start time!
• Will be cross-trained to be a back-up office closer; An office staff closes the office daily & will need you to close the office while they are absent for illness/vacation time - Closing the office will required an end time of 6pm or when last team has finished their work day (between 4-6pm).

Requirements:

• A valid Driver's License
• A reliable, insured vehicle; Get paid mileage for using your own reliable, insured vehicle. A company car may be available for you to use during work hours.
• Age of 18 years or older
• Experience in customer service, housecleaning/keeping, leading others, and reliability!
• Willing to undergo & pass drug screening and background check
• Be able to perform full body motions all day: twist, reach, wipe, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, up/down stairs, etc.
• Have a great attitude & be a team player!
