Pay rate: $20.00- $25.00
Responsibilities:
- Must have high customer service focus, handle escalations.
- High account handling, open and scout for new automotive business accounts
- Complete sales and purchase orders
- High computer skills, navigate multiple screens, high phone calls/emails, staff development, follow-up and accountability
- Ownership of reporting and hosting staff meetings.
- Assume ownership of all of Sales and order reporting
- Need attention to detail and passion for automotive/ service/ sales
- Serving as the face of the company to internal & external partners
- Developing & maintaining relationships with key clients
- Excellent Leadership, Strong Communication & Accountability skills
- Providing direct supervision, mentoring/coaching, evaluation, employment decisions, & leadership to small growing call-center team
- Able to Analyze market & sales data
- Proven Sales history in growing accounts
- Innovative problem solver, you don't accept no and will do whatever it takes to solve a problem for the customer
