Pay rate: $20.00- $25.00

Responsibilities:

• Must have high customer service focus, handle escalations.
• High account handling, open and scout for new automotive business accounts
• Complete sales and purchase orders
• High computer skills, navigate multiple screens, high phone calls/emails, staff development, follow-up and accountability
• Ownership of reporting and hosting staff meetings.
• Assume ownership of all of Sales and order reporting
• Need attention to detail and passion for automotive/ service/ sales
• Serving as the face of the company to internal & external partners
• Developing & maintaining relationships with key clients
• Excellent Leadership, Strong Communication & Accountability skills
• Providing direct supervision, mentoring/coaching, evaluation, employment decisions, & leadership to small growing call-center team
• Able to Analyze market & sales data
• Proven Sales history in growing accounts
• Innovative problem solver, you don't accept no and will do whatever it takes to solve a problem for the customer
