Securitas USA is hiring a Full Time Security Lead Officer for our client, Sig Sauer, in Newington, NH. The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Our ideal candidate is former military, former law enforcement, or from a security background. While that is preferred, we also love to train, teach and mentor individuals with little to no experience.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• High level of professionalism
• Must have High School diploma OR GED equivalent
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Flexible work availability
• Ability to multitask at a quick and precise level
• Moderate computer knowledge needed
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
