Personal Care Associates Inc.,- We are hiring multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team of Caring and Compassionate Nurses here at PCA.

• Hiring immediately for all shifts with flexible hours. Full time, part time, per-diem, weekends.
• Servicing Assisted-Livings, Nursing Homes & Home Care.
• Locations include : Chelmsford, Lowell, Bedford, Tewksbury, Dracut, Lawrence, Westford, Andover/North Andover, Leominster, Worcester, North Reading.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home / assisted living environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor.
• Medication Planning and Compliance.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
• Vital Signs Monitor and report any changes in patient’s condition to supervisor
• Document patient interactions as needed while following their Care Plan Administration.

Requirements:

• Requires a High School Diploma OR equivalent.
• Must be certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Certification Requires- To be up to date and be in good standing in MA .
• At least 1+ year experience / Clinical: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• CPR Certified (or ability to obtain this certification)
• Fully Vaccinated, with Booster shot and can provide a Covid-19 Vaccination Card.

Walk-in interviews are welcome between Monday - Friday 8a-4p. Weekend interviews will have to be scheduled.

Pay: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
