SUMMARY: Primary function of this role is to provide technical support and maintenance for all retail locations, including installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all systems, equipment, and facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for timely and accurate repairs of convenient store facility and equipment
• Primary maintenance responsibility focused around fuel equipment - Gilbarco and or Wayne dispensers, Veeder Root - troubleshooting repairs and routine maintenance - changing fuel filters/breakaways/nozzles
• Performs technician work including but not limited to minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting - breakers, outlets, etc., minor plumbing, lighting, and handyman
• Responds quickly to emergency calls and high priority work
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time.
• Perform all request in a professional and timely manner
• Manage purchase receipts, parts inventory and tools; maintain assigned vehicle & coordinate vehicle maintenance, ensure the vehicle is clean & well organized
• Transfer of equipment from warehouse to store and from store to store
• Process work orders and update work order status in a timely manner
• Communicate daily with Manager and or maintenance support center
• Maintain timely and accurate record keeping including time sheets, parts inventory, tools inventory, vacation request and other related documents
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of fuel equipment and or POS (cash register) systems a plus
• Knowledgeable and skilled in minor electrical work
• Knowledgeable and skilled in lighting repair and ballast replacement
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility
• Work in a safe and efficient manner, quick to respond to maintenance needs
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work from a ladder
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
