Job description
This full-time position is responsible for supporting the Linen Services Marketing and Service Department with required paperwork responsibilities and maintaining up-to-date and accurate files. Responsibilities include:
- Linen Services Reports - run Replacement Cost Analyses
- New business proposals - prepare new business proposals to prospective customers
- Fee schedules - maintain current fee schedules for all acute care customers
- Pricing input - input all new pricing and price changes into Linen Master
- Garment Master data entry
- Maintain Linen Master and Sharepoint portals for customer set-up
- Linen Helper set-up for customers
- Order entry and sales tracking of Commodity Sales program
- Customer contact information - maintain current key personnel contact information for all acute care customers
- Customer communications - prepare and send communication to external customers through e-mail or postal service
- Maintain Linen Service Policy Manuals
- Coordinate the distribution of the semi-annual Customer Experience Surveys through Survey Monkey
- Departmental Event Planning/ Coordination
- Recording Staff Meeting minutes when applicable
- Other duties as assigned
