<Accounting>

  • Issues payment checks.
  • Issues invoices and emails to clients.
  • Creates quotes on QuickBooks and emails to clients.
  • Create monthly report.

<Payroll>

  • Review employee's timesheet and calculate overtime hours and pay.
  • Send payroll data to accounting firm.
  • Send approved time sheet to each employee.
  • Maintain and keep record of employee's record including vacation and sick leave.

<Administrative>

  • Communicate with vendors or office management company if necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
